Send an inquiry with your preferred date and event details. A Post 907 representative will follow up to discuss availability, the applicable rate, and the paperwork needed to complete the rental.

Deposits must be paid in advance to reserve dates. A separate rental agreement and liability release are required.
Before you inquire
A few important details.
Deposits reserve the date. Required deposits must be paid in advance before a date is considered reserved.
Plan changes thoughtfully. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may make the deposit non-refundable.
Coordinate beverages first. Alcoholic beverages may not be served without prior coordination with Post 907.
Inquiry is not confirmation. The Post must verify availability and approve the completed rental paperwork.
